I’ve known you for so long
I’ve hoped that would be enough
For us to see the truth

No time won’t bring it back
Outside a storm is raging and
I’m starting feeling afraid
Of what we have become

Letra completa:
I’ve known you for so long
I’ve hoped that would be enough
For us to see the truth

No time won’t bring it back
Outside a storm is raging and
I’m starting feeling afraid
Of what we have become

We are drifting away
They have stop playing for us

How long have we been segregated
Is difficult to tell
Everything could be happening but now
It feels so personal

We are drifting away
They have stop playing for us

In an instant everything has changed
Barefoot treading through the battered trees
Hurry now I feel estranged

Broken glasses and bloody foot print
Have you came free from your stubborn dint
Candles lighting only to the wind

How long have we been segregated
Is difficult to tell
Everything could be happening but now

It feels so personal

If you only could see
No now no one can leave

If you only could see
No now no one can leave

We are drifting away
We are drifting away

Sometimes I don’t quite remember
What it means or it is to be free
Often I wake from a slumber
And I’m grateful for all that I see

We are drifting away
They have stop playing for us
